Privacy policy for subscribers to the ISU World Figure Skating Championships 2026 Newsletter

1. Controller of personal data

The personal data controller is Český krasobruslařský svaz, z.s./the Czech Figure Skating Association, with its registered office at Václavské náměstí, Compary Reg. No. (IČO): 629 37 839, registered in the Register of Associations kept by the Municipal Court in Prague under file No. L 131 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”).

2. What personal data do we process?

To send the newsletter, we process only your e-mail address.

3. Purpose and legal basis of the processing

We process your e-mail address solely to send you the newsletter and, at your request, also marketing (commercial) communications based on your consent following Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).

4. Data retention period

Unless you withdraw your consent earlier, your e-mail address shall be stored until 30 April 2026, one month after the ISU Figure Skating World Championships 2026.

5. Disclosure of personal data to third parties

We shall not share your data with third parties.

You are entitled to the following rights in relation to the processing of your data:
